What it is:
An EMI calculator for the iPhone 18 Pro, priced from Apple India.
What it calculates:
The financed amount after down payment and trade-in, the EMI, and the interest each tenure adds.

Assumptions

  • The starting price is Apple India's listed figure for the base storage variant.
  • Apple advertises up to 6 months of No Cost EMI with eligible cards.
  • Seller discounts and cashback change the effective cost.

How it works

At this price point the rate matters far more than the fee. A processing fee of a few hundred rupees is noise against a financed amount above a lakh; two percentage points of interest over 24 months is not. Compare offers on the rate first.

Apple India advertises up to six months of No Cost EMI with eligible cards. Six months on a Rs 1,64,900 handset is a large monthly instalment, which is why many buyers stretch to 18 or 24 months and quietly accept the card's standard rate. The comparison table shows what that trade costs.

Trade-in does the heavy lifting here. Because it is deducted before financing, a good trade-in value reduces the instalment more than adding six months to the tenure does, and it costs nothing in interest.

The listed price is for the base storage variant. Higher storage tiers cost more, so use your actual checkout price.

Formula

Financed amount = price - down payment - exchange value; EMI = P x r x (1+r)^n / ((1+r)^n - 1)

P
= financed amount
r
= monthly interest rate = annual rate / 12 / 100
n
= tenure in months

Set the rate to 0% for Apple's No Cost EMI, which it advertises up to six months. Beyond that, use the rate your card issuer quotes.

Frequently asked questions

How much is the iPhone 18 Pro in India?
Apple India lists the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max together from Rs 1,64,900, checked on 23 September 2026. That is the starting price for the base storage variant; higher storage costs more.
Does a bigger storage variant change the EMI?
Yes, because it changes the price. Enter the price for the exact variant you are buying.
Should I take a longer tenure on a Pro model?
Only if the offer is genuinely 0%. On a card EMI at 14% or more, stretching to 36 months adds a meaningful amount of interest to an already large financed amount.
Can I combine a trade-in with no-cost EMI?
Usually yes. The trade-in reduces the amount financed and the no-cost offer applies to the balance, though the exact terms depend on the seller.
